About Us
The Mental Health Coalition of Sonoma County was founded on a simple conviction: everyone in our community deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of their ability to pay.
For over two decades, we have served as a vital safety net — providing clinical services, crisis response, and advocacy to residents across Sonoma County. Our team of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists brings together diverse expertise and deep local knowledge.
We believe that mental health is not a luxury — it is a fundamental right. That belief drives everything we do, from the way we structure our sliding scale fees to how we partner with schools, hospitals, and community organizations throughout the county.
Our Community
Mental health looks different for everyone. We honor the diversity of our community — its languages, cultures, identities, and experiences — and ensure our services reflect that reality.
Our team includes clinicians who speak Spanish, Tagalog, and Russian. Interpretation services are available for additional languages upon request.
Specialized programs for adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the unique pressures of growing up in our community.
We provide a welcoming, affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and families, with clinicians trained in gender-affirming and trauma-informed care.
Telehealth and mobile services extend our reach to rural communities across Sonoma County, ensuring no one is left behind due to geography.
Reaching out is the bravest step. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a crisis, or simply need someone to talk to — we're here. Our team is ready to listen, to help, and to walk alongside you.
Walk-in intake hours are available weekdays 9am–4pm. Appointments can be scheduled at your convenience.
